Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Shipping is free to all Singapore addresses. For international orders, please contact us for a quote.
We carry a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, so that we can give you the widest variety of designs and sizes possible.
In-stock items ship in 7 to 10 business days, and pre-order items ship in 5 to 7 weeks.
We work closely with our shipping partners to adhere to these timelines. However, there may be the occasional delay due to unforeseen circumstances.
Returns
We are pleased to accept returns for any reason, within 7 days of delivery.
You will be given a full refund if your item is returned in mint condition, minus a token fee of $20 per rug for the cost of pick-up from your home.
Defects
The pick-up fee will be waived if you are returning your rug due to defects. Please note that the following are not considered defects:
- Shedding on new rugs
- Variations in colour between the actual product and the image on screen
- Small size differences of up to 5% which may occur especially for handmade rugs
Custom Orders
For custom orders which are not listed in our website, returns will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
